Volkswagen EcoRacer concept

The Volkswagen EcoRacer concept will be used as a source of inspiration for the future roadster which will be launched at the end of this year. The new Volkswagen concept might be a roadster which is smaller than the EcoRacer, taking some elements from its predecesor. There are speculations that the future concept will have a TFSI 2.0 liter engine or an ecological engine. Most probably, the model will be signed with the name of the designer Walter de Silva.

There are rumors that Volkswagen is being backed up by Porsche in order to complete this project, as Porsche wants to revitalize the 914 roadster.
